Main Contracts

Our main contracts department teams are led by dedicated and experienced contracts directors with the support of in-house estimating, buying/plant control and quantity surveying, and will manage the process from commencement to completion.

The teams work closely with project designers, and with in-depth knowledge of construction, are at hand to help resolve design issues and offer prompt solutions. Throughout the project we liaise closely with the design team, as well as local authority building control, conservation officer and utilities. Our extensive supply chain of trade specialists are available to supplement our own labour resources to ensure quality and programme are met.
