Our main contracts department teams are led by dedicated and experienced contracts directors with the support of in-house estimating, buying/plant control and quantity surveying, and will manage the process from commencement to completion.
The teams work closely with project designers, and with in-depth knowledge of construction, are at hand to help resolve design issues and offer prompt solutions. Throughout the project we liaise closely with the design team, as well as local authority building control, conservation officer and utilities. Our extensive supply chain of trade specialists are available to supplement our own labour resources to ensure quality and programme are met.
Due to the current pandemic I lost my workspace and had to temporarily set up at home like many others. I require a laboratory environment alongside office space so it was tricky. With a quick bit of thinking & designing, Chappell and Dix have created a zen of a work environment in my garden. I would urge anyone who is contemplating this to look no further as I have received an end to end professional service from them and am up and running in my workspace much quicker than I anticipated.
