Training

We believe that staff training is the most important investment we can make and our commitment to apprenticeships has ensured we constantly have a highly skilled workforce, which benefits both the company and our clients.

Since the early 1980's Chappell & Dix Ltd has worked closely with the Construction Industry Training Board, latterly named Construction skills, in order to offer a full apprenticeship to our trainees.

Over the years, we have had outstanding success with our apprenticeships and we have received distinction awards at regional and national competitions, including: -Institute of Carpenters - Daily Mirror Apprentice of the Year - Skill Build

Our training regime has earned us a great deal of respect within the industry and the local area, most importantly, it has helped to maintain the high standards of our workmanship.
